Using this site

The content here is provided for general information about our plumbing services. We keep it as accurate as we can, but descriptions of services, timelines and signs of a problem are general guidance, not a diagnosis of your property. Only an on-site assessment produces a real diagnosis and a real price.

Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this site is a quote or a binding offer. Prices are given after we assess the actual issue, and they are confirmed with you before any work starts. Where we describe a fee arrangement — for example that a leak detection fee is waived if you choose us for the recommended repair — that arrangement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Submitting a request

When you send a form you confirm the details you give us are your own and are accurate, and that we may contact you about the request by phone, text or email. Sending a form does not create a scheduled appointment until we confirm it with you directly. For an active leak or an emergency, call (951) 208-0245 rather than using a form.

Text messages

Text consent is optional and is never required to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile data.

Licensing

Shelby Plumbing Inc. holds California Contractor License #1154208. You can verify the licence with the California Contractors State License Board before booking work.

Insurance claims

Where we describe documenting a leak for an insurance claim, that is a description of our documentation practice. It is not insurance advice, and it is not a representation that your insurer will accept a claim. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer under your policy.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on an on-site assessment. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
